1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our digital catalog, submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), issuing a Purchase Order (PO), or logging into the BMT Impex Customer Portal, you ("Client", "Buyer", "Purchaser") expressly agree to be bound by these commercial Terms and Conditions.

If you are transacting on behalf of a corporate entity, manufacturing plant, trading distributor, or repair workshop, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Validity

All quotations and price estimates issued by BMT Impex are subject to the following standard commercial stipulations:

• Quotation Validity: Formal price quotations remain valid for fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, due to fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g. SAE 52100 alloy steel) and currency exchange rates.
• Taxes & Duties: Unless expressly indicated, quoted prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), customs duties, export tariffs, octroi, and local handling surcharges.
• Clerical Errors: We reserve the right to correct unintentional typographical or computational errors in part numbers, bearing clearance ratings, or pricing before order confirmation.

3. Order Placement & Payment Terms

Official orders become binding upon written confirmation (Proforma Invoice or Order Acknowledgment) issued by BMT Impex:

• Payment Channels: Accepted commercial payment methods include Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) for export shipments, verified Corporate Cheques, and approved Payment Gateway channels.
• Advance Deposits: Standard wholesale and non-stock indent orders require an advance deposit prior to procurement and dispatch, with the remaining balance settled per agreed invoice terms.
• Credit Facilities: Corporate credit accounts are subject to periodic credit evaluation, formal KYC verification, and pre-approved limit thresholds.

4. Shipping, Logistics & Delivery Terms

BMT Impex maintains high-speed dispatch capabilities from our central Mumbai warehouse and regional distribution points:

• Incoterms: Domestic Pan-India deliveries are dispatched Ex-Works (EXW) or Freight-Paid / To-Pay via registered express logistics carriers. International exports are shipped under FOB, CIF, or CFR terms as negotiated.
• Transit Risk: Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer upon handoff of the consignment to the appointed carrier. Transit insurance can be arranged upon Buyer request.
• Delivery Timelines: In-stock inventory is dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery dates for custom indent parts or specialized tolerances (e.g. P4/P5 precision) are provided on an estimated basis.

5. Quality Standards & Sourcing Integrity

BMT Impex is dedicated to high-precision engineering standards:

• Certified Sourcing: All bearings are sourced from certified manufacturers adhering to ISO 9001:2015, DIN, and ANSI international dimensional and metallurgical criteria.
• Material Specifications: Standard rolling elements and raceways are fabricated from vacuum-degassed high-carbon chromium bearing steel (100Cr6 / SAE 52100) or high-grade stainless steel where specified.
• Batch Traceability: We maintain lot numbers and sourcing records to ensure authentic, repeatable performance across replacement cycles.

6. Warranty & Return Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality of the products we supply:

• Manufacturer Warranty: Bearings are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal and specified operating parameters.
• Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover failure caused by improper mounting/installation, misalignment, inadequate or contaminated lubrication, electrical fluting, unapproved modifications, or operation beyond catalog load/RPM limits.
• Return Authorization (RMA): Standard catalog products may be returned for exchange within seven (7) days of delivery provided they remain unused, ungreased, and in pristine original factory packaging. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser unless due to dispatch error.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, service marks, brand names (including BMT Impex, BMS Plus, BMTV2, WBT), catalog databases, technical dimension tables, and proprietary software interfaces belong exclusively to BMT Impex Private Limited or their respective brand licensors.

No part of this website, product catalog, or technical drawings may be copied, scraped, reproduced, or distributed for competing commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to commercial transactions with BMT Impex shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
